SO SORRY

Sorry i havent blogged in a while, work has been absolutly insane, my old pastry chef called me up and asked me to come work with him too, so now i have a total of 3 jobs, and the 3rd is a brand new restaurant that opened yesterday....great opening....lots of happy people....but so tiring! haha I have much to share tho, food pics and some special....kinda gross pics....but i found it kinda cool! BUT i will post it all on sunday when i actually have a chance to blog freely not under a rushed time constraint because i must head out to work in abot 20 min....Hope everyone is having an amazing week! and i will talk to you on sunday!

Special Treat

i was walking to catch the bus to work and i passed a huge family of canadian geese :) just thought i would share how wonderful nature is!

This past weekend was valentines day as well as my mommas birthday :) so in light of these events we had the fam jam over for dinner and ate well if I do say so myself! made some delicious italian bolognese as well as my moms favorite white sauce that I threw together a few years ago and she fell in love with! its just a regular white sauce with parmesan added but i also throw in quite a bit of bre cheese too:) toss it with the pasta and some peas or edemame beans its its wonderful! toasted sesame salad dressing and some fresh italian bread! we were all stuffed thats for sure :) whats your favorite pasta sauce?? i would love to try them :)

So, its olympic time and as every other canadian I am completely emmersed in it! we are doing well so far, but I have to say i am most proud of our FEMALES in HOCKEY they make CANADA proud, and prove whos game hockey really is! Such tallent! I love it! Keep it up ladies :) GO FOR THE GOLD!
